Before I launched Madden Travel, I was the go-to vacation planner for friends and family. Not because I was tagging along, but because I was the one who could actually make sense of the chaos. With a background in engineering and professional project management, I know how to think three steps ahead, plan for the “what-ifs,” and keep everything running behind the scenes—without a hitch.

To me, a great vacation is like a well-run project—only with palm trees, room service, and zero meetings that could’ve been emails.

Why I Do This

I started Madden Travel because I believe we’re our best selves on vacation.

When we’re not buried in work emails, carpools, or never-ending laundry, we show up differently. We’re lighter. More curious. More connected. I see it in my own son every time we travel—he tries new things, meets new people, and lights up in ways that just don’t happen in the everyday routine.

Whether it’s hunting for fossils on a glacier or high-fiving his favorite character at a theme park, those moments stick. They’re the kind of memories that shape a childhood—and honestly, adulthood too.

That’s why I plan trips that help you step away from the day-to-day and reconnect with the version of yourself that feels fully alive.
