After you complete the trip inquiry form, we’ll start with a complimentary consultation call where I'll gather all the details I need to personalize your trip. Then, I’ll get to work preparing your custom trip proposal—I’ll share it with you and then adjust, as needed, based on your feedback.

Book
Once you approve your trip proposal, you can leave the rest to me. I’ll take care of all the bookings—accommodations, transfers, tours, and activities—while keeping track of any deposit deadlines. When your trip gets closer, I’ll reach out with more details about your destination and check in to see if you’d like me to arrange any additional excursions or services.

And you’re off—well, almost! Before departure, we’ll have one last pre-trip call so I can answer any last-minute questions for you. As you travel, you can rest easy knowing you have either myself or an in-destination contact to reach out to if you need any assistance. I’ll check back in once you return to make sure you all had an amazing time.

Q: What does it cost to work with Madden Travel?
I may request a Planning Fee before I begin putting together your trip proposal, which would cover my time researching your options, crafting your itinerary, and providing support before and during your travels. This fee varies depending on the complexity of the trip you’re looking for—I’ll share this with you after our complimentary consultation call together!
Q: What types of trips do you plan?
Many of my clients are busy families that just want to pack and go on vacation—that’s why I specialize in stress-free trips like all-inclusive resort stays and cruises (you can learn more about my travel specialties right here). However, if you dream of a travel experience that’s heavier on adventure or cultural discovery, I can make that happen for you!
Q: Do you only plan family vacations?
Nope! My clients tend to be busy parents—but that doesn't always mean they’re looking for a family getaway. Sometimes they want a just-us-two romantic escape, or they want to travel with a few of their favorite couples or friends sans kids; I can definitely help pull adult-only travel experiences together for you.
Q: What is Castle Dreams Travel?
Castle Dreams Travel is my host agency; Madden Travel is an independent contractor of Castle Dreams Travel. Basically, having a host agency like CDT provides more back-office support and training—and it allows me to harness my host agency’s extensive network of travel partners. That means I can pass on more perks, amenities, and exclusive rates (when available) to my clients!
